Addiction counselors and mental health therapists provide treatment for addictions and/or mental illness in a welcoming, client centered atmosphere. Treatment may include individual, family and group as well as consultation and/or referral to your community supports and providers. Appointments may be done over the phone.
Individuals can self-refer, but referrals can also come from medical professionals and community based agencies (a phone call or doctors note)
Access Mental Health Services:
- Patients can self refer by calling 1-888-594-0211 (option 3 for south zone – for patient appointment bookings only).
- Living Sober Program for addiction – Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 9:00am – 10:00am by zoom. Please call 403-529-3500 to register.

In cases of emergency/crisis, please visit the emergency department at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital or Brooks Health Centre, or call Health Link at 811.
