FASD Prevention Conversation – Informed Development Sessions

Through gentle conversation, women and gender diverse individuals between the ages of 18-45 of childbearing years are informed of the risks of drinking during pregnancy. This training program supports two components:

  1. Raising public awareness of the risks of drinking during pregnancy and connecting individuals and their partners to related information services.
  2. This train-the-trainer model equips and supports primary care providers with tools and techniques designed to engage individuals in non-judgmental, empathetic conversation about alcohol user during pregnancy

Sessions are free and the forma can be a lunch & learn or longer session with Q&A.
Sessions are available for as few as 1 participant up to 101+.
