Non-denominational counselling
Lifetalk counsellors offer compassionate and trauma-informed support for clients working through a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, shame, and stress.
They also address relationship related concerns impacting individuals, couples, and families, such as communication and conflict issues. Lifetalk counsellors walk alongside clients as they process the impact of difficult life experiences including family of origin, traumatic incidences, workplace stress, spiritual concerns, loss, grief and more.
Services are available for adults, as well as children ages 5 and up. Children’s services often involve a combination of sessions with both the family and child.
