The Distress Centre is a non-profit social agency that delivers 24-hour support, free crisis counselling and resources referral services to the southern Alberta area. They provide 24-hour crisis support services through our 24-hour crisis line, email, daily chat and daily text for youth. This service is free and is offered in over 200 languages.
