Anyone wishing to book a meet and greet with Dr Oladeinde will need to stop in at VistaPark Medical Clinic to pick up a new patient health questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed and returned, please allow one business day for the Clinic to start your chart. After this you may call to book an appointment as a patient. Thank you!
